1992 Matbro TS260 Turbo engine, joystick control, four wheel steer telescopic handler

Jobs carried out to date

Brakes

Both front axle hubs stripped to inspect brake discs which are in good order. New lower king pin bearings fitted.  Brake master cylinder in cab re sealed and handbrake cable replaced.

Boom and carrier

Inner boom has had tilt ram bosses strengthened. Fitted service exchanged carrier plate with new pins and bushes.

​

Engine

Fuel injection pump was sent away to be re sealed. Radiator has been repaired. New fan belt, thermostat, lift pump and engine mounts have been replaced. Bonnet gas strut is new. Engine has been serviced. A new battery has been installed.

Transmission

Transmission pressure tested at 9 bar and changed filter. Forward/reverse solenoid on top of transmission is new.

​

Hydraulics

A new hydraulic pump has been fitted, spool valves stripped & inspected. Changed the hydraulic oil and return filter. A number of hoses and hydraulic fittings have been replaced, the boom pipe manifold has also been repaired.

​

Side bonnet above tanks has three new gas struts. Service exchanged joystick has been fitted.

​

Wheels and tyres

Right hand side wheel rims are new and four new tyres fitted

​

Cab

Seat has been recovered, door seals are new and rear of cab has been plated. Wiper blades are both new. A new load chart has been added.
